Do I need to take undergarments off?
I have always asked folk to “undress to however you are comfortable”. If that means leaving undergarments on that is totally fine- if that means not wearing a stitch that is fine as well! Your body will always be covered unless we are working on that specific area (for example- your back will be uncovered if we are working on it)

Do you offer relaxation massage?
While the teqniques utilized are deeply relaxing to the body and soothing to the nervous system, the massage is therapeutic (as the name might imply) and not relaxation based. This may be confusing- think long palm and thumb glides across your muscles vs. light pressure gliding and karate-chop type techniques. If you have questions, of course ask! Check out the Neuromuscular Therapy page to learn how more therapeutic techniques may be able to benefit you.
